So a new day and Im TEFing from the heart of Oxford. A jungle of cafes, restaurants and more cafes. I hate to say it but its a bit nicer than Swindon town centre. And the lardy cake was good despite saying oxfordshire lardy cake on it. I feel like they're trying to nick something great from Wiltshire. They'll be claiming white horses next.
That is almost as ridiculous as Somerset Brie. At home in Preston. Not as bad a place as many seem to think really. Smaller than Swindon, and admittedly not much going on, but being a student city gives it some life for most of the year, and it's easy to get to places like Manchester, Liverpool the Dales and the Lakes, so no complaints from me.
Seemed a nice enough place when we had to detour through it recently. (Emergency kiddie loo break off the M6.) The area around the city park in north Preston near the football ground seemed really nice.

From the office in London Bridge, overlooking Borough Market and underlooking The Shard.
That Borough Market is a fine place. Kangaroo and Zebra burgers on sale. Will tuck in when i'm next up that way. Decent part of London that.

Great spot. Was there a couple of weeks back, over from Singers. Now get yourself down to Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy! Happy birthday by the way, mate.

Today Hammersmith Apollo. Tomorrow I venture into the land of the pox. Currently mixing up tours between Hugh Laurie and Bo Bruce.
Thought I saw Hugh Laurie near lords on the last day of the New Zealand test, he looked liked he'd had a heavy night! I am posting from lovely Hampshire

Today - from not so sunny Dorset. From Tuesday on - from not so sunny Lerwick in Shetland. Does this make me the most northerly UK based Swindon fan?
