My sister does, and she hates it round there. Build quality is poor where she is (can hear neighbours on all sides, huge floor-t-ceiling cracks developing), and she has had her car trashed by other drivers and kids playing. She complains a lot about 'chavvy Jeremy Kyle type folk'. I think it gets better the nearer you get to the Outlet though, as she is the Sainsburys end in a flat. Been in one of the 3 bed houses further along and I remember it being quite nice, but no idea on quality. I've always assumed they were better than the flats anyway, but have nothing really to base that on.

cheers mate, this would be a house in the middle bit, so one on from the flats.

based on what you have said, I think I might give it a miss.

We rented there last year for a year. Perfectly adequate and modern. No complaints (there were plenty levelled at us over parking but we were 4 lads with 4 cars).
