You only need to read the title of this thread to know good news doesn't stand a chance to some. Some have chosen to have a moan without even acknowledging that this is indeed good news.
So the club mentioned good news is due on facebook. That was it. So fucking what?
Didn't they say it was a good news day? This isn't an overreaction, and over the years I've been (annoyingly) optimistic, but this lot really are turning me into Reg. How can you say, on the day you've supposedly lost your captain to a team in the same league (silence on his deadline), the day that it transpires you are in dispute with one of your own players over a contract you are committed to, that a day when you sign two players that you had already stated were 'retained' a fortnight ago is a good news day?!! They aren't very good at what they do anyway, but they don't half make it hard for themselves. |

I responded to this thread because of the title!! Course its good news those two have signed.....but like the thread title suggests i am still very wary of the set of events. Believe me Flasheart i love the club....i travel the country and love spreading the word of my love for the club. Without sounding patronising i admire your loyalty to the cause and new board....but i still need a lot of persuading that things are moving on in the right way. And yes i might be a cunt....but i certainly aint miserable |
