You've pretty much said that the answers won't be forthcoming/frank/not bullshit.
And for what it's worth I have my doubts, but perhaps looking at such board-supporter interaction positively may yield better results.
I remember attending a Trust meeting when Jim Little attended. It was great he came along but it didn't do much to alleviate my doubts with the fluffy and elusive answers/speech.
I'll be amazed if anyone can match or exceed Mr Whippy's fuckwittery though.
That was an absolute masterclass. I've experienced a n lot of speeches in my lifetime but that has not been surpassed in its sheer banality and egotism. |
