I like the idea of the integration and the loyalty points. The biggest concern is any potential added costs when purchasing tickets online. Let's hope that side has been thought through properly.

it's obvious that online ticketing needs to be improved. People would rather do it online and I've been left frustrated having to telephone in the past because of never being able to login.

Hope this does't lead to a increase in booking fees and delivery charges.

If it works anything like concerts it'll be £23 a ticket plus a £3.70 booking fee and a £2.20 transaction fee.

I will be annoyed if it means tickets are even more expensive because of booking fees etc. though.
