it's obvious that online ticketing needs to be improved. People would rather do it online and I've been left frustrated having to telephone in the past because of never being able to login.
Hope this does't lead to a increase in booking fees and delivery charges.

If it works anything like concerts it'll be £23 a ticket plus a £3.70 booking fee and a £2.20 transaction fee.
