Are Sky taking the piss?
I tested by broadband speed and it showed less than 1 MHz, much lower than the advertised 6 or so and that was what I got when I first signed up
After calling them to complain, low and behold, after being put on hold for 5 mins I was told they had fixed it and my speed indeed did return to 6
being a cynical twat it occurs to me that they purposely slow down your speed over time so they can accommodate more users and hope nobody notices
Did you do the test hard wired or wireless, I'm on virgin, should be 60 MB i get, wired 50MB plus, wireless 25MBto 35MB
Had them out loads of times, but they always use the wireless excuse
