fredi has claimed to have evidence.
He claimed to have evidence of consultancy fees and the company cars both of which Jed has admitted to in all fairness. Not sure about the rest.

Fredi are you ever going to produce this evidence you keep claiming you have? . You didn't deliver it to the Trust AGM as suggested . You didn't deliver it to the Fans Rep Q&A Evening as suggested . And seem to have ignored Sam's request to meet and allow him to follow up on it . If we are really that screwed why keep just posting snipits on here rather than actually doing what you are calling others to do? . Present this evidence to the media and our fans representation groups and allow them to take it to the board . You can't deny it if you are caught with your pants down - I just fell, caught my trousers and landed on her won't work! didn't I, LR ? maybe check your facts.... He's not only claiming to have evidence but also claiming to have sent it. Are the press and the trust lying to us?

Can we have a look at what Fredi said last time and 'tick' it off what he said that cme out as I do seem to recall a few things being said and then being admitted by the board.
What Fredi says seems to logical thought out to be just BS that is where I struggle to dis-beleive it, I dont blame Fredi for not exposing himself as if he has got this info then he wont want to run the risk of someone finding out who he is.

I seem to recall Fredi stating in his original post that he/she had an 'interesting job'. There could be a possibility that this 'interesting job' could be at risk if he/she spills the beans. It's highly likely that wherever this information has come from to be obtained by Fredi it was meant to have been confidential (data protection & all that). The question for me is does Fredi value his/her job more than the football club he/she supports.

All of this COULD be true, but then he/she could also just be a scummer on the wind up. I hope it's the latter to be honest!

I'm on the Trust board...and we've never seen it as far as I know of.

If true why wont he talk to Sam?
Perhaps he doesn't want to out himself. Even 'off the record' To be honest even if he is a complete BS'er, Oxford fan or whatever the concerns he posted in the post have been brought up by others elsewhere. I don't think those fears are ground breaking and there are no real accusations this time. I think all we can do is as he suggest, leave it to the media and other groups to peruse. And cross fingers.

Some maybe true, but my issue is the things like cars and being paid.Watkins took a big wage, the board all had cars.People worrying about Power didnt give a fuck when it was Spencer who did the same thing.Listen this board may be the worst thing that ever happens to us but they seem to be getting alot of shit based on rumours.Players we like will leave this summer due to ridiculous wages they were paid an the new lot will have to deal with that aswell.I am inclined to wait the summer out and see how they deal with it rather than listen to myrterious internet posters.

I've no doubt Fredi does know quite a bit.
Not sure the Winding Up Orders are correct though. Firstly it's the court which issues the order, a creditor will make an application to the court: a Winding Up Petition. Secondly, this gets published in the London Gazette - there hasn't been anything in there as I checked. Thirdly, it must be a sizeable chunk of money as it costs a fair bit to apply for this.
There was an application to strike off the holding company, which I assumed was because it was no longer needed. However, this has been suspended due to an objection received. It could be that Companies House instigated the striking off action (due to accounts not being filed).

I believe Fredi. He-she has thrown enough out there for the adver and trust to investigate. Trouble is one is taken in too easily the other has about as much clout as a 85 year old grannie swinging her handbag.

If these big creditors exist why doesn't Fredi just name them? I'm sure they'll be only too happy to confirm to the adver that substantial money is owed to them?

i'll guess we'll see when McCrory gets back as to whether fredi's comments are libellous, I reckon he/she works at GCHQ, that would be an interesting job (have i sad that before - who knows? are they watching me?)

Always been worried and concerned since JedCo came in, this does nothing to reduce those fears!

With the creditor issue - I thought the club owed no money when Black handed over the reins?
How much debt could they have realistically have racked up in the short time since then?
