No doubt driven by Sky...personally I will struggle to get excited.

I believe both sides wanted the years rearranged because an Ashes tour in Oz was always followed by the World Cup straight away, and due to the fact the next WC would be in Oz next year, both sides decided to bring it forward.

The next cycle won't be in a world cup year, hence the next home ashes in 2015 and then 2016/7 away which is a good 2 years from a 50 over world cup in 2019! (Held in England? or is that 2023?)
