Love him or hate him, what the bloke has achieved is second to none, a great manager.

Ha Ha....predicted this in the pub the other night. With Mourinho on the verge of leaving Real, it had to happen to get  him.

glad to see the back of this grumpy cunt. I'd love for Mourinho to go to Man Utd instead of Chelsea though!   Mourinho is a winner and Man Utd love them or hate them are a club that wins things, its the only club Mourinho really needs to manage now.

I think appointing Mourinho would be a mistake. I can't think who else there would be. Is the bayern manager retiring or did I dream that?

He's grumpy, arrogant, aggressive, incomprehensible, but is still probably the greatest manager British football has seen.

I'm not sure if he's retiring but Pep is taking over next season.

I know Guardiola is taking over, but wasn't sure on their current bloke. He's done well there.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Jurgen Klopp as his replacement. It'd be a loss for Dortmund, but his team are slowly beimg sold off and short of the Champions League, he's won all he can.

I've never known any other manager at Man Utd, it will be wierd next season.

Whoever replaces him is going to find it tough, quite a tough act to follow...

I just thought of this brilliant joke.

First Thatcher dies, then Ferguson retires.

Somewhere there is a Scouser with a lamp and one wish left.

Moyes looks to be in the running. Would be a good appointment, has done a solid job at Everton without much backing, money wise.

I'd love to see Moyes get it, been a great manager at Everton for years!
