I'm currently reading a book on the archaeology of British roads...and was taken by a quote from the first Lord Montagu, when commenting on the increasing accessibilty of road transport for the working classes..."they are low bred enough to disfigure the countryside" |

What are you looking for? My Mum was born in Guernsey, and we used to go there as kinds quite a lot. We went back a few years ago (we flew the day after the play-off final against Millwall). |

Dont mention the war...it dosn't go down well. As a youngster i made a rather grim visit to a German underground hospital come museum. Place gave me nihgtmares. |
