Now I have got some clarity of mind that isn't drink adled I would like to set the record straight. I went on a bedsit bender last night and spouted some aggressive stuff. The thing that wound me up is that I had private pm's some while back effectively asking me to attend an address in Swindon whereby upon doing so I would be brutally beaten, if not worse. The provocation for this was non-existent. I wasn't even aware of this guy until then. Drink enflamed the situation last night as I am still seething about it.
I do take on board the comments made, and I am a rod for my own back often. Bristling with anger allied with drink is a toxic ingredient. I am self-banning myself until the beginning of the season.
My comments about a CERTAIN area of Swindon are in no means derogatory to the town as a whole. Swindon Town FC has been in my veins since 7 years old. The place means the World to me despite all its detractors. Football is the mainstay for many a wayward soul.
Onwards and upwards.
