No worse than Christmas or Easter. Except of course you don't get the day off.

Finishing my 10,000 word Dissertation on Linguistics. Then going to Weatherspoons in Coventry and be a complete and utter cunt in my Guiness foam hat.

No. Whether you believe Jesus was the son of God or not, it's widely accepted he existed. A dragon slaying knight on the other hand......

Hang on a minute...there's Dragon Hill at Uffington, complete with its permanent white spot where nothing grows, where the dragon slaying happened....which is why a dragon was etched in the chalk.

How much more evidence do you want?

You've convinced me.

You'll be telling me next that St Patrick never banished snakes and lizards from Ireland...after scaling Croagh Patrick and issuing his command.

Actually, Jesus is widely regarded as a composite figure in some respects. Like most Saints, it's likely his story was embellished/added to by various people.

And whilst I'm not saying St. George was everything the Victorians made him, he was definitely a real, historical figure. I know it's wiki, but I really can't be arsed to find the book I own with him in: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._George#Saint_George_and_the_dragon

I'd have loved to have lived in the age when dragons walked the earth and men lived happily alongside dwarfs and elves.
