This is going to be controversial: Bristol City have already sold 12,000 season tickets for next season.

When I started watching we were the bigger club!

Obviously there are lots of clubs still in our position, just have to look across Bristol really to see that. Oh for a Lansdown.

It also makes you realise the money you can spend to be a consistent Championship Club. He has spent north of £250m! The new Ashton Gate is very nice as well.

Its why Clems money is never going to get you anywhere. Its why sustainable is a bit of nonsense in my opinion.

Oh for a Lansdown.

Yes a billionaire who's an actual fan of the club has to be pretty close to the perfect scenario. Plenty still don't like Landsdown though, it's a fair thankless task being a football club owner. That doesn't mean our lot aren't useless though!

Dunno if this is right or wrong but, it looks like the EFL are using a Swindon football on one of their on line banners-

Not really whats right or wrong with football but I see Wycombe Wanderers have been bought out by a Kazakhstan billionaire Mikheil Lomtadze.

Looks like he's copied and pasted his strategy from the Morfuni guide to football club ownership:

"Our goal is to achieve long-term success both on and off the pitch whilst building a financially sustainable club, said Lomtadze, a technology entrepeneur.

"The football world is evolving very fast and our priority will be to integrate data analytics and technology to elevate the club’s performance to new levels.

"I am also a strong believer in youth development and it will be fundamental to the club’s vision. We aim to re-open and build a leading high-performance academy which will become an essential part of our long-term strategy of developing a club that consistently performs at the top level."

Now you come to mention it, yes that is pretty similar.
