Oxford United 2 points off relegation and upon inspecting their next 6 fixtures I have concluded they are in deep, deep shit.

Plymouth sell 37,000 tickets for the Pizza Trophy Final.

Good club, Plymouth.

I see Peterborough’s stadium has been put into receivership by the financial firm OKR Financial for non payment by the club for over a year.

I always thought with that MacAnthony chap things were always hunky dory at Posh.

I think he is still insisting it is fine

presumably some sort of play/negotiating tactic going on, they claim the property  company part is in dispute with the owners (property part separate from the actual fc)

As the owner of the company claiming the debt and thus putting the company that owns the stadium into receivership is also one of the owners of the club it all rather stinks and looks (At first glance at least) like a mechanism to likely write off other debt owed to those outside the ownership group or similar on which basis this should probably be filed in the whats wrong with football thread!

I purposely put it in this thread as I don’t like Peterborough.

Good to see our yellow friends slipping into an even darker morass of debt. Latest accounts post a £4.2m loss - making their overall debt £25,4m. And all this excess spending sees them hurtling towards relegation.

All hail the fat scouser!

Not sure this is 'right', but it's funny  Sorry if it's already been mentioned as it's a bit old

Toughsheet have got a huge amount of publicity and PR off the back of it, way beyond what you would normally get for such a deal, whilst basically admitting that the company name was always intended to be a piss take.

We are mid table in the Championship as far club badge ranking goes.
Not sure I agree with some of the placings, but club crests seem to have dropped in quality over the years following redesigns etc.

Their owners are billionaires, they wont care about that. They’ll just service the debt every year
