Is McCormack suspended after booking on Saturday? In which case who will Kmac make skipper? Ferry? Darren Ward?

not surprised he's annoyed if all it is just one bloke saying he heard from his mate that some of them were out. I don't think a couple of players having a couple of drinks on a Wednesday is going to have much of an effect on their performance come Saturday. I'm not surprised if they're getting drunk, they're probably as depressed about the whole thing as the rest of us.

No idea but he seems pretty vehement in his denials. Regardless it's just another thing to add to this end of season run-in, fans have already turned on the manager and now the players.

But why deny it when it's true? Does he honestly think that when he goes to places and orders drinks that some of those people aren't Swindon fans and talk? At the end of the day, it happened and no one was accusing them of being pissed up, if they had two or three beers on a Wednesday evening it's not the worst thing in the world but don't deny what definitely happened because it just makes you look like you've got something to hide.

There have always been rumours regarding players drinking habits since I started following the town. Macari dragging players out of cairos, digbys wife, Ireland tours with multiple shagging, Flint gobbing off and getting decked, etc, etc. No smoke without fire, so I suggest the players avoid Twitter.

Did the Flint incident happen under Di Canio? I can't remember how long ago it was.

And the usual suspects were the ones most defensive even before players were named.
