I drink at least four or five cups of tea a day and a couple of cups of coffee. Some days it's a hell of a lot more.

I hardly drank tea before I moved here, I think that tea with milk and sugar is a homesickness thing.

This thread is more like it!

Probably 2/3 cups of tea a day most weekdays, last thing I do before I go to work and usually one when I get up or when I get back from the gym.

Weekends, alot more - dont always go to sleep Saturday mornings so have a few there. On sundays it seems rather than snack on food I just drink tea instead had 4 cups and now after this thread I want another one...

1 mug of instant coffee every morning when I get up, very rarely I'll have a tea in the afternoon. If I'm out for a meeting etc. I'll also try and grab something like a Costa on the way. I'm quite happy to use any brand of coffee or teabag.

I've got one of those stove top espresso makers but hardly ever use it. However, if I'm in Italy or somewhere else in the Med, I drink loads of it. Must be the climate?

1/2 cups a day, either tea or coffee. No set routine. Tea and coffee should both be drank black, no sugar.

I must drink about a liter of perculated (?) black coffee a day, can't be without the stuff!

To be honest I don't know anybody here who doesn't drink coffee.

Usually get a Starbucks/Costa on the way into work and then have 3 or 4 cups of instant over the course of the morning. Tea in the afternoon.

Have taken recently to drinking more Green Tea - mainly as our office consistently runs out of milk by lunchtime.

1 cup of coffee a day - used to be a lot more but I kept having recurring throat infections and I finally worked out that coffee reduces your immune system.

For the rest of the day its redbush & water/squash.

That was my initial reaction, but it turns out green tea is the business. FACT!

To be fair its fucking grim but good stuff. I drink M&S version with lemon - makes it slightly more pallatable.

Plus if you drink it before exericse you burn off more fat.

I can only drink loads of coffee at home, plus the occasional tea in the evening.  Here I can only drink it in air-con, so maybe a couple of cups a day.  I'm on the ice coffee at the moment but it's too sweet for me.

Italian espresso is my coffee heaven.
