Bipolar, in the simplest terms is where someone goes through periods of depressive state followed by periods of mania (or vice versa). AKA manic depression. Schizophrenia is where you suffer from a disorganised thinking and speech, hallucinations and/or, paranoid delusions. People often think dissociative idendity disorder (multiple personalities) is schizophrenia. |

My ex-brother-in-law entered into an agreement with a fellow runner to share costs of a run across the US. The guy did a runner(!) owing him money, and it turned out the bro-in-law had seen that he was bipolar on his website............but thought it meant he needed glasses.
