Has anybody pointed out to Jed that a debt from 1957 is now legally unenforceable? I smell bullshit.

maybe we'll find the FA owe us some appearance money re the FA Cup Final in 1912, and with compound interest, we will be the richest club in England?

The 1957 debt is irrelevent its just an example of the shit they are dealing with. The big issue is the legal action, which seems to have escaped most

What legal action? The legal action is threatened but not actual according to the statement:

Quote
In addition to this, there is the possibility of legal action from previous employees that must be covered by the Club for the Football League to have comfort to lift the transfer embargo.

And what the heck does "covered" mean. One would assume that to be financial coverage through the instruction of employment lawyers.

Unless legals have actually proceeded but we haven't been told. Or covered meaning removed, which makes more sense.

I's it right that all 5 new directors have new Mercedes leased by the club and paid by the club.

Who knows? As a first-time poster who appears to have registered explicitly to ask this question, maybe you could shed some light on this question? Or explain what your angle is?

OK, so what you actually mean is not "I's it right that all 5 new directors have new Mercedes leased by the club and paid by the club" but that you're saying they actually do. But you wanted to pose it as a question rather than a statement in case someone asked what I'm about to - evidence?
