This is very important and will dictate the chances of promotion, I will be less than happy if they decide to stick with Ward/Miller till the end of the season, we need a leader in, and fairly quickly.

for sure. Want the new boss in the stand tomorrow and starting work Wednesday. End of theweek at the latest.
