'However, the speed at which the sale needed to done made due diligence nigh-on impossible and many backed out, leaving only Seebeck 87 Ltd.'

This is the bit that makes me nervous.  Grateful as I am to Andrew Black for his financial support in recent years, the timetable he imposed on the sale means that a number of potential buyers simply had to rule themselves out.  We have not now ended up (in all probability) with the best owners; just those that were prepared to throw caution to the wind and do a quick deal.

So we have a cheeky chappie from Worcestershire who sells double glazing for a living; the owner of a Lincolnshire pub who lives in Dunstable; and two other friends of the cheeky chappie who seem to have been involved, briefly, at other clubs in the past.  Something is missing here, because I can't see what this lot are bringing to the table.  (Also struggling to see how any of these could be described as 'local', so suspect others may be involved.)  Something doesn't sit right with me.  Need a decent Q&A session soon.
