Isn't it obviously due to the fact that under the terms of the NDA we have to deny that the club exists until the football league ratify that yes we actually do exist.

Or possibly they are just concerned that the visitors to the open session may see some of the consortium members and thus they would be forced to shoot them all to stop them breaking the NDA?

I think the "county ground collapses into a huge sinkhole that devour all the players" possibility I floated earlier in the year is the cause of this. They dont want to feed the monster!
