PDC seems to me to really really want to get us promoted. But if the means are removed, and I agree we need to be more froogle, but if we can't afford the wages of quality players then what is the point of staying.

Of course we know nothing at this stage.

Having slept on this, I think he will stay. He won't do his future any favours by quitting at the first sign of trouble. That said, if Lambert gets sacked, I think he could be in the mix - Villa need some shock tactics to survive.
