The plot thickens.
Has anyone ever seen John Ward without Jeremy Wray or vice versa?

I'd add on Berlusconi for some of the funding, giving us the dream team of;
- Manager : Paolo - Director of football : Venables - Chief Exec : Ridsdale - Chairman : Bates - Owner : Berlusconi
That would be one cluster fuck of a football club. We'd never be out of the news.
Clearly a dream team, but there doesn't appear to be any room for Sam Hammam?

Sorry to interrupt....to go back to the original theme! NW is an employee of the club, so could not be required to resign (as is being suggested by some on 'This is'). As he is extremely professional and also sensitive to the needs of the club and its staff, I have no doubt that if new owners suggested they wanted to put their own person in, then I have little doubt that he would step away rather than put the club through yet another showdown. But I am certainly in no doubt that, through a collection of very rocky moments over the past eighteen months (and beyond), he HAS been extremely professional and has held the staff together; and he remains extremely popular as a result. It would be a very unwise move to try to unseat him.

He was there when wray was chairman no definite that he would be replaced. He knows the club well and would be an asset to any new owners.
