He looked fit yesterday....and by god didn't he know it.

His movement was as good as i have seen.....Di Canio's manic fitness regime is starting to reap benefits.

Reading the first line of the article makes me think back to his hat-trick goal. Aside from it being a good header what a brilliant piece of work it was Ritchie to somehow claw the ball back to him.
