I've spoken to Colchester, who say it's wet over there but no plans for a pitch inspection as yet. Will keep you posted.

Inspections are generally done by local refs, not the allocated match ref.

Absolutely correct, probably going to get two evening games in February when the pitches are rock hard and Orient and Colchester are playing out of their skins!

If I did not know better I might think that there was a conspiracy against us.
