Not sure how to explain this but here we go,got my laptop fixed a few weeks ago but since its come back when you open it up it automaticly highlights the bottom left thing on my desktop and the only way to move it off that is with the arrow keys on the keyboard. Before nothing was highlighted id just open it up and click on what I wanted. Its not a huge problem just mildly annoying how might I stop this happening?

What os? Windows 7?
By bottom left thing I guess you mean the start button?
Any reason why you haven't taken it back to the people that fucked it up in the first place?

No not the start, it selects a bottom icon on the desk top but if you mouse select a top icon it opens the bottom one anyway unless you move it with the arrow keys or press page up

If the icon isn't important...try to uninstall it.
