He supported the Levellers at the O2, Bristol last night and has been invited to join them for the rest of their tour. Next stop, Shepards Bush Empire.

Here's the facebook page, I'm sure he would appreciate a few more likes:

He does spend quite a lot of time gigging in Bristol and even mentions Bristol in some of his songs.

Serious question here.  He seems to be from Swindon originally, but are we sure he's not a Shithead?

That is very good, I do like the west country song too, very good indeed.

He is from Swindon, but lives in Bristol, hence the gigging there.

He's good.

If you can look beyond the billions of cover bands which seem to plague the town, there are quite a few good local bands and artists knocking around. Charlie Bath and Crash & the coots are worth a listen

He also has a few songs about Swindon being home. So I would certainly say it's a no.

Aw, thanks. I don't know, whenever there's an open mic on. The Vic will have one in two weeks I think.

That's rather good, but I can't help but be distracted by the fact that he's pronouncing banality wrong.
