His interviews once they have been translated are becoming less and less lucid I am starting to worry that he is becoming more distant from the board, from the coaching staff and the players that is not a good sign as it will make it easier for him to justify in his mind leaving the club, ad I think underneath that bonkers exterior lays a poor man manager but a very good tactical manager

I think you are right. It seems as if PDC is the sort of person that would push and push and push and then make out that it was the other person's (or in this case the board's) fault. I think it will probably end in him being sacked or leaving at the end of his contract claiming that he was the innocent party.
