Fat cunt obviously changed his opinion of Rooney then.

Don't think I'd play for someone who told his players to break my leg

I thought it was going to be Adam Rooney when I read the title, what with this Sheff Weds striker coming in. Would have made more sense to me. The blokes done okay but do we really need to be paying his wages as well as:

Williams
Collins
Benson
Storey
Madine
Bostock
De Vita

When only 2 or 3 out of 8 are going to play every week? I would rather have the option of an extra winger, especially with Roberts at a low ebb of form and no cover there (just De Vita who's a converted striker). If Rooney is straight back off feel the wings should become no 1 priority (much as I'd welcome the true poacher we still lack).

“I am thankful to Paolo Di Canio for his assistance and it is now down to Luke to come here and perform as he did for Swindon Town last season, he was by far one of their best players at what was a crucial part of the season.”

Fatty thankful to Di Canio, well didn't expect that.

He's right though, he was very good for us last season and it's a shame it hasn't worked out for him in League 1.
