So you chose to object without even knowing what you were objecting to?

I was at a quiz last night so missed the game. I saw we were 2 down at half time and then didn't get chance to check until full time. Couldn't believe we'd come so close and that Storey had scored two in the space of a few minutes, the CG must have been deafening.

Still a decent result against a top tier side.

I don't understand all this "Everyman is my brother" trash.
I don't care about other players and I really dont' care about other clubs. How I long for the old days when I was met with open hostility or at best disdain when following the Town.
I don't know what's happened to Petrov and as long as he isn't dieing I'm not at all concerened.

If ever anyone lived up to their user name...

Very proud to be a town fan last night. Great performance and we were very unlucky.

Thought we were the better side for large parts of the game, the only difference was that they took their chances.

I really hope this will spur us on for the rest of the season.

The worst part of the night was some jobsworths wankers decided to shut the M4 at Reading...

Ritchie made a couple of errors and Di Canio reacted by signalling to De Vita he was going on. The ball then didn't go out of play for a good few minutes and in that time Ritchie whipped in a cross that nearly led to a goal and Roberts made a hash of a ball to him. Di Canio then changed his mind and took Roberts off.  That was why no 10 came up on the board and over the tannoy it announced De Vita replacing Ritchie, that was initially what was going to happen.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, apologise if it has. Storey has been put on stand by for England's U19's game v Finland. Apparently Stuart Pearce was at the County Ground last night but that may be because Villa have such a young side and not just to watch Miles  Wink

Pearce lives just outside Marlborough doesn't he? Good news for Storey as it's an easy place for him to get to and watch him.

Oh and one final thing tonight. I'm fucking sick of my ST card never scanning in the turnstiles. Such a shite system. Nearly got refused entry tonight even though i'd paid for this game all because the card wouldn't scan properly. It takes about 2-3 attempts at all league games but they normally give up and let me in. Given it was a cup game tonight the girl on the gate wasn't going to do that. She had to suffer my abusive language before letting me through. I'm all for the cards but it would be nice if they worked.

If you went back and apologised to the girl later it was my daughter, she said that some gobby twat had spastic fit when his ticket wouldn't work and started f'ing and blinding at her.  He then came back and apologised.  If that wasn't you, then it looks like you weren't the only one!

Whoever it was, lucky I wasn't stood behind them in the queue!  Grin

Does she prefer the bigger tickets in her turnstile?
