PDC: - We could have scored before they did - Disappointing especially as second have was so spectacular - First chance in second half disappointing that Benson didnt arrive in time - Difference from 2 leagues above is finishing in 6 yard box - Amazing performance and am very very happy - We were 45 mins in their half playing with quality and discipline - Happy to see player play with this quality and intensity - Storey is very intelligent and has listened. More disciplined and professional - Storey is still at the base of his improvement - PDC seemed happy that Storey had listened to advice he had given about attacking near post - PDC will use him sparingly to help him develop

Could have been worse - atleast we didn't throw away a four goal lead like that lot down the road

what's he on about Storey's hair?
He said on Saturday that Storey had grown up this year. Last year he had the swagger of a professional footballer and a stupic haircut to go with it. PDC obviously told him he had to be more professional and he has taken that on board. He now has a more normal, rather than a poseur's hairstyle.

Proud of the lads. What a brilliant second half display. Things are really looking up now we have a potent strike force in Williams and Storey. We're gonna piss this league . The only downside is our full backs. Devera is non-league and McEverley has been poor for a while. At least Thompson's fit again.

What a game, absolutely fantastic. I could've watched that game all night. We were unlucky with that goal line clearance in the first half. The whole team did themselves proud, the support was amazing tonight. Villa were lucky with their winner, but I think that was down to us just running out of steam. I am glad Villa took us seriously tonight, if we play every game like we did tonight we'd piss the league. It's nights like this that makes me proud to be a Town fan.

Proud and gutted at the same time. Give a Premier League team an inch and they take a mile, or a goal in this case.
We did well in the first half and were the better team in the second half. Within a gnats dick of beating them, Williams so nearly putting us 3-2 up but losing his footing at the last.
However their finishing was clinical. Simple as that.

Aargh, gutted to have lost that at the death. As Batch said, the Villa finishing was more clinical than ours, that was the only difference between the two teams. We had far more chances than them.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with that. Not disappointed we lost because of the way we lost. We were the better team and the only difference was the finishing. I guarantee I am happier than any Villa fan leaving there tonight, they are only going one way.

Proud of the players, they did wonderfully well tonight. I think the better team lost but hey ho, good luck to Villa in the next round.
Played some great stuff in the second half didn't we?

Devera is non-league and McEverley has been poor for a while. At least Thompson's fit again. Devera was way out of his depth tonight and got ripped apart nearly every time. He was at fault for the first 2 goals, as was McEveley for the third. I suppose it's the pace of premier league forwards, although at times Villa didn't look Premier League. I thought we played some superb stuff at times.
