Going to Barnsley this Sat?

I wanted to go but cant as ;

1) No-one who will travel over 3 hours to see Swindon play - being female doesn't help & most men I know would rather support Arsenal and Chelsea even though they don't ever go and watch them

2) Already spend 40 a week on petrol driving to work so thats out of question.

Just wanted to know if there is going to be many listening to Radio Swindon this sat and feeling sorry for themselves missing the action like me!!!

May have to be a day out at Walkabout watching Soccer sat all afternoon!!!

I'm not going!

We have a walkabout in Edinburgh, it has about a million tv screens!

I'll be chewing my nails watching Jeff Stelling/watching townend.com! :-))(

Ours has lots of TV's too.  I love watching Gilette all afternoon if I cant get to a game.

Hopefully i wont be doing that as much this season because will be going to more!  Just hard nowadays to find people who are willing to pay and go and like I said, most girls do NOT want to go!!!  I have managed to convert a few fans of other teams though so gives me more options this season!!!

Sign up here!!! I wasn't advertising!!!

Just saying lads have a general interest more so than women so its easier for them to find people to go!  Home games are normally ok to get to because people don't have to travel but away is the problem.

Whits did offer before actually but I think that was the game his car (I think it was his? Got done in)

He did say he would have sat but it would mean sitting in between Spacey and Yeovil (no disrespect) and I thought not a good idea for their comfort reasons of course!!

cant afford to drive and also cantread a map and drive at the same time!!!

When i move house in Sept closer to work will be easier to drive as wont use petrol in the week but at the moment a 6 hour round trip is just not affordable.  I always normally make the effort but this is proving difficult!

I can't honestly say I know.  I think Whits was joking more than anything as he did mention he has a 3 door which I imagine means smallish car!!
