In 1976 Chris Nicholl the Norn Iron international cantre back scored all the goals in a 2-2 draw for Aston Villa vs Leicester.

Wink

Was it Holdsworth (not Dean) that scored own goals for us whenever we played whoever it was he played for.

In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.

I'm sure this won't be another Colchester or Leyton O performance. Big game against a bigger club, so the players and crowd will be up for it. I'll go for a tight 2-1 win.

If any of you Glue Pot regulars don't show up soon, you're going to have to carry me to the ground.  The Hop Back Crop Circle here is lovely.

Hop Back is one of my favourite breweries.  A bonus that it's Wiltshire.  I probably like their Summer Lightening even more.

I hope Bostock grabs his chance today and runs the game.

4-0 Collins hat-trick and Mister Bostock.

Was going today but a severe hangover stopped me risking the drive....  That and I'm boracic lint.

Collins on bench - hope Bostock doesn't make a mistake and is hauled off
