Strange night, Tuesday, wasn’t it? It was another of those midweek games I missed due to my job taking place in the evening. That meant another night following Swindon’s fortunes on Twitter, the BBC Sport website and the good old-fashioned wires service. Good as they are, it’s just not the same as being at the County Ground, “enjoying” the match. It was also another night watching some familiar names appear on the scoresheets around the country. It seemed that every goalscorer had a Town connection. Of course they didn’t but there were a lot who did.
