Fodds would enjoy the size of the goal, but not the 375g of vulcanized rubber that would be flying at him at speeds approaching 100mph...
(With my hockey head on, good on Nelly for getting the C, his dad might own the team but he was epic when he came back to Swindon last season, started ok this year too! Shame the season tickets are now £270, instead of £175...)

I used to go to watch the Wildcats for a few years in the late 1980s, before I got in to the football. The main men back then were Daryl Lipsey and Steve Nell. I'm guessing Aaron is a member of the same clan?

He is Steve Nell's son... spent some time in Canada I think trying to make the major league but came back a few years ago...

I used to go to jockey straight from the county ground in them days quite regularly. I liked kel land from that era. Used to be packeback then. Dunno what it's like nowadays?

I don't know about jockey or packeback but I remember Kel Land - he generally used to be the best player on the ice.
