Perfection is not attainable

My underlying memory of games at Fratton Park are mostly the Steve Mildenhall scrotum injury that still gives me nightmares.

Should be a fair turn out of Swindon fans down there, we usually take between 800 and 1,500 when I have been there in the past.

I recon about 1,250 Swindon fans tonight in a crowd of 10,640. I hope they all have something good to shout about tonight and see a great win for us.

Not a happy hunting ground for us down there by the sea with only 2 wins in the last 10 visits there and only 4 wins there in 40 years encompassing 23 games.

He had 4 games to try to last season and didn't manage it once...
And long may that continue, I personally don't rate the player but I know a lot of Town fans do.

True, but how many people did score against us?

I think statistically Alex Revell scored nearly 10% of the goals we conceded last season.

Nah, me neither.

Yeah fair point.

I suppose with the way we've been lately, tonight will be his best chance.

Gone from feeling that we shall most probably lose this 2-1 to a feeling of the corner being turned and now convinced that there will be lots of goals with us coming out 3-2 victors. COYR Yes

This optomistic outlook has probably come about by DICanio keeping his mouth mostly shut this week. Oh joy.... Grin

Does anyone know what the score is for buying a ticket down there? I think I remember reading that there's a booth at the other end of the ground but I can't remember the details.

Ah!

He probably hasn't travelled then, or he could be on his laptop in the dressing room?

Only teasing. But you do seem to be attending again. Did you get a ST this year?
Yes. And thanks for the offer fcb but I've just been walking in, it's a bit safer than falling off your back!
