Anyone know who this is?

Before anyone says it, I know it's J Hogan but I need his full name and club.

Picture is from c1961.

Jimmy Hogan played 9 games for Twon between September and October 1908. Appointed coach to Austrian national side after WW1, later manager of Fulham and Aston Villa. Coached in Hungary after WW2

ERm, anyway not 1961, but it was interesting none the less.

Is that really a photo from 1908?  It looks more like one from the 1950s.

But the link says he was born in 1882, which would make him about 79 in 1961!

The picture is a scan of a bubble gum card issued by Leaf Brands in 1961. Possible the picture is from 1959 or 1960 though.

All the other players are top players from 1st/2nd Division English clubs, though it could be a Scottish club.

To put it in context, I've uploaded the rest of the cards I've got from the set here;

I'm confused by his shirt, must be very dark to come out almost black.
