am i the only one who would be fine with a point?
It would have been fine if we hadn't missed a cunting penalty!

Referee: 'Here you are, have a penalty, effectively a free goal - just kick the ball into the net, off you go'

Tommy Miller: 'No thanks ref, I'd rather kick the bastard over the bar if it's all the same to you'.

Jesus. Wept.

You're so delirious O!ST that I'm pretty sure it's a wind-up Smiley

We've missed penalties before, we'll miss penalties in the future.

McCormack:
- Not a point gained but 2 lost
- Got a good telling off for not keeping shape
- Disappointed with the performance.
- Watching video and look for mistakes (of which there will be many) tomorrow
- Can't afford to drop points in this league
- Miller very disappointed to miss penalty against old club
- Sooner we get over today the better. Need to learn from mistakes

On the other hand, we ground out a scrappy draw, which we hardly ever did last season Hmmm

Fodderingham:
- Didnt play well at all
- No desire nor passion
- Didn't keep the ball enough
- Manager is unhappy
- Can't always win, but didn't play well enough
- Something needs to change in order to get away performances to level of home ones
- Opportunity to win today but wasted. Didn't have cutting edge to score.
- Kept busy today.
- PDC warned that they would put lots of balls into box for big players
- Fodderingham happy with his performance in taking pressure off back 4

Clean sheet away from home, according to my Dad at the game, Hartlepool did a sterling job in quickly closing us down most of the time.

I suppose we need to lose 4 games on the trot now and then we'll know this season will be a good 'un
