http://www.laterooms.com/en/p1301/pv042905a/hotel-reservations/212205_penvith-barns-luxury-bb-looe.aspx

Booking 3 nights here for October....it looks outstanding value to me,the prices are for room and not per person,i like Looe which is a mile or so away.

Is there any hidden extras i should know about?

I've used Laterooms on many occasions, never had a problem and you get exactly what's stated on the blurb.  Looks like you have struck lucky.

The only price I can see on there is £700 for two nights?

Come to Norway instead. You can sleep in the spare room and I'll serve you pickled herrings on a slice of bread for breakfast.

Been having a great week down here in Looe, noticed a lot of availabilities in Guest houses and B&B's which is a bit unusual for August, The Sunshine brought plenty of people down to the beaches today though.

I'd be really interested in that Flash, we spend a lot of time in and around the Looe/Polperro area and St Neots looks a nice little place to be based.

Had some Rollmops today and loved them, is that similar to how you have them? Bloody expensive though.
