Electric, Its a reebok one bought a few years ago - not a lot of use as I prefer to run outside.

It'll look good next to my Reebok rowing machine.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve. Isn't it easier and cheaper to run outside?

I can not for the life of me understand why someone would fork out so much money for a treadmill, either to buy or to use at the gym.

I think cross trainers are a waste of time. Even the most unfit of people struggle to break sweat on them. I use one to loosen up as part of a warm up but that's all I find them good for.

Cross trainers are pretty good for toning your rear end, but little else.

I want some gentle aerobic exercise from a ct or treadmill, I already have the ass kicking stuff like bench press, lat pull, curling press, punch bags and kickboxing stuff.

But why not just go for a jog outside and save yourself hundreds of pounds?

Or give me the cost of the treadmill and I'll run with you
