I find putting one of these on each of your big toes does the trick....saves a fortune in socks.

Also for young walkers or sock holers it is invaluable practise for later on in life.

I do frequently....think though it may be because I have strong nails, a result of having been brought up in the 1950's age of daily free school milk. A post war public health move, introduced to counter the prevalence of rickets...and I'm not talking Michael or Rohan.

how about sam?  he was two years below me at school, don't think anybody knew he was good at football back then but

Had forgotten about him....although the early O*ford connection in his history might upset some on here from being reminded about him.

Recall John Francome being asked on radio about a then, forthcoming derby and saying he was a bit torn because Ricketts who was playing for the scum was his nephew.
