Digital Photo Frames

Looking to buy one of these but can find very little info on google about them,

Found one that looks relatively decent on amazon but can't work out if it's right at the end of the product life cycle and if I hang on a month or so some newer ones will be released for the Christmas market?

Any of you fine people got any ideas?
