True, if in the meantime he can build a strong squad who are playing good winning football then the risks of a mass exodus will be reduced in my opinion. And as Flasheart says, cross that bridge when we come to it, things are looking good at the moment. |

The advances we are makingn under PDC will improve our prospects of attracting a better quality of manager when he does eventually leave. I don't think we should really be worrying about that right now.

The higher we go the more chance of attracting a manager with a good pedigree. Especially if the infrustructure is in place to earn higher revenues, for example the ground redevelopment.

Also with him signing a contract, when he does go some form of compensation will be due I'd imagine. Money for building the team. I think it a win win with DiCanio either way if he goes or stays
