My boss supports Rangers. Its really hard not to take the piss. Probably best not to though.

He's quite odd in that he doesn't think they should 'get away with it' and is quite prepared for the no vote.

He also said the latest is they would probably start in the 1st, because the police were a bit worried about controlling the number of Rangers fans at small 3rd division venues - something else he thought was stupid.

I'll admit that if Rangers ever found themselves on our fixture list then I'd probably go to the away game.

They're in a right ol' mess. What will realistically happen to them?

Rangers have no shame. Not only were they avoiding paying tax, they were making illegal payments using the EBT's:

And a good article about the 'Bury Rangers' story :

Are we really laughing at what is happening to Rangers?

No doubt the board and individuals involved will walk scott free while the fans that have done bugger all wrong will suffer. I thought Swindon fans would have known better considering what we have been through.

Disagree entirely. Rangers fans are complete scumbags and have wallowed in their ill gotten success for far too long. Love the fact they're in tears over this. Enjoy the SFL you hun shites, you deserve everything you get.

Actually, that's not true

I do have sympathy for them. The fans have done fuck all wrong and have been right royally screwed over. I know how I felt when the fat Greek cunt was about to bring the club down and I wouldn't wish it on any other club (except for franchise)

The fans have done fuck all wrong apart from be the biggest glory hunting wankers out there. Thousands of bastards turning their back on their local sides to follow Celtic or Rangers, and therefore create the ugly sister domination that's ruined the game up there.

Fuck 'em, half the Rangers fans are suddenly giving up on their 'beloved' team. Good luck to the decent football clubs they play next season, be great if they don't get it all their own way.

'Bouncey, bouncey, bouncey, bouncey, nah nah nah nah nah!'

That'll look good at Hampden Park next year, when they're playing Queens Park.

How have they been screwed over? They've been benefiting from their club spending other peoples money on players for god knows how many years. What about the fans of other clubs, who have missed out on silverware and European football to Rangers? How about some sympathy for them?
