Don't understand why this is causing so much debate? Does noone think that Bodin (or his father) got in touch with the Welsh FA to explain the situation and ask advice on what he should do or what the repercussions might be?

Its newspaper talk as there is no footie to fill the pages!

Because it's a football forum designed to discuss current (and past) footballing stories/events?

Don't think any harm has come of the last 3 pages.

No, but I am surprised that it has caused 3 pages of debate.

An absolute penis, only wanted a medal, selfish self important youth player who rides around on the tail of his fathers success. Billy can continue to rue that when he ends up in the Ryman Leagues.

Billy Bodin may have had opportunities as the son of Paul but he's definitely not looked out of place as a professional footballer thus far.

...unlike Anthony Pulis, Steve McMahon Jr. etc

Anyway he is the one with a league winners medal...and a playoff medal to boot.

Anyone know if this is a first for a pro player?

Did he actually get a winners medal?

Obviously he wasnt here when the trophy got presented. Was there one kept back for him? does anyone know?

Likewise, did he not ask Crewe if he was likely to be playing?

I think Billy played 6 minutes of football in all 3 of the play off games.

If Torquay had finished second would he have got a winners medal, runners up medal and a play off winners medal?

That would be quite an achievement
