What is less evident is that no one seems to know why Paolo did not play him and gave him no reasoning behind him not playing.

Cox wouldn't the first player to be in the mix and then disappear out of sight.

It's important for him to have a good pre-season, Simon Ferry proved that this can be done.

Another antagonistic adver headline......Cox i i do deserve to play a part.....when you read it he really says i need to up my game in pre season to deserve a start......quote totally out of context.

If you have a big squad then players will be disappointed...the obvious reason he didn't play was that the players in the side were doing the business.....the bookies will testify to this.

He mentions getting his fitness levels up. I wonder if he wasn't training hard enough and his fitness was not deemed good enough.

He missed last pre season through injury and only made a few appearances before we signed him, So perhaps with a good pre season under his belt it will be like having a new player.
