Could be another player whose playing style might be better suited to League 1 than the kick & rush of League 2.  I wouldn't write him off yet, despite the obvious competition down that wing.

You may well be right, but unless he changes his attitude, he will not be on the Swindon roller coaster

Has Di Canio mentioned his attitude?

I know he singled out Esajas and Kerrouche in one article - didnt think he mentioned Gabilondo though??

I would. Always happy to be proved wrong though.

It doesn't take much working out. PDC has made it clear people who don't want to play for the club will either be booted out of the club or wont play.

Di Canio has also made it clear he will name and shame players.

He hasnt done so with Gabilondo? perhaps he just isnt good enough - the same way Comazzi wasnt, so was let go, fuck all to do with his attitude.

No point in keeping him IMHO, unless Holmes doesn't sign or Ritchie leaves. Nothing against Gabby, but use the wages elsewhere.

I'll be very surprised if PdC keeps him on.  From the limited amount I've seen of him, I've thought he was good and certainly better than Rooney.

Gabi couldn't cement a place in L2, I doubt he'll come back.

Can't see him returning to us and we can do better than him anyway, even though he had a few good games he looked very disinterested on occassions.

How can you say he wasn't good enough? Believe what you want to believe, but he played well when he came on, so I don't buy your chain of thought on that one. ,
