I'm not at Port Vale. If I get a ticket for Bradford, and a few join me, I'll gladly give it my best shot.

I'll dress up as Ken Barlow for bradford! - That should help Cheesy

If not at least i'll be comfortable, bet he has warm slippers...

Could go topical for the Vale game...

Chumbawumba's Tubthumping...

"they drink a whiskey drink, they drink a lager drink...etc."

Can everyone just sing this without changing any of the words?

Ken Barlow has been in my head all night! Im just sat at work singing it! I like the Di Canio twist we put on it, be great to get that going on Sat. Its funny, but one of those that could go on and on and on if people persist and everyone gets to know the words.

A couple of extra verses would be good.  Needs to build before the scarf wavey bit, or it could be over in a flash.

Looks like this Ken Barlow song is already starting to do the rounds -

I can't watch Youtube at work so no idea what it is, but seemingly Spurs are doing it.

That thread is from August last year, so it seems the chant has remained obscure? The topic seems to be suggesting that spurs were signing it around that time last year and that it was derived from a River Plate chant...

Ah, I didn't look at the date. Perhaps it didn't take off in the end?

Guess not. But the tune is catchy enough, so no reason why it couldnt be sung this weekend?  Cheesy

A work in progress to the tune of Common People by Pulp

He Came from Rome,
In the Quarticciolo
he was an Ultra
 with the irriducibili

He played for Lazio
then Juventus, Napoli and Milan
He is "Fine."

We all follow Swindon Town,
We all go wherever the Town go,

bit shit to be fair but maybe someone can do something with it

They sing chants to that tune in Eastern Europe too.
