Personally, I'm always very dubious about rape claims against stars. They are always vulnerable to people wanting to make a name for themselves and I've seen two cases of false allegations against (not famous) people I know

If he is genuinely guilty then he should be doing time (and the other lad must surely be complicit also), but for me there's always a doubt in my mind in cases like this one.

I'm with you on this. I also know people who have had false allegations made against them. Named in the paper and all the shit that goes with it when completely innocent. One even went on remand in prison before being found not guilty.

Being serious for a second I'm not sure I agree with, he shagged some drunk bird, with or without consent, so I hope he get abused in prison. I think being locked up for 5 years is punishment enough to be honest. Fair enough joke about it, but come on wishing some to get anally penetrated because he was guilty isn't on really.

I think people are leaning towards retribution, eye for an eye, etc. Maybe not right, given that the law process has been gone through and he's been sent down, but rape is a fucking awful crime - worse that murder in my opinion as the victim suffers for the rest of their lives, as do the family members, husbands / boyfriends etc.

The law provides a period of incarceration for rapists, which is viewed by many as being far too lenient, hence the wish for him to go through a bit of pain as well.

At the end of the day the bloke is now a nonce. He'll get segregation cover in the nick, but will definately be a target for physical damage or otherwise, same as all nonces are. Screw usually turn the other way and CCTV is usually on the blink during attacks.... fair play.
