I plan to take a trip to europe with my daughter.....'let's do as many countries as we can' tour.

I am planning:

France....down to switzerland...northern Italy, Austria, , Germany, Luxembourg, holland Belgium.....blighty.

5 days.....any tips?

Genius, Gentleman Explorer, French Cabaret Chantoose  and Small Bets Placed and someone who knows who they are changed my signature but its only know that I can be arsed to change it....and I mean all the spelling mistakes.

Was it me? It can't have been an interesting enough event for me to remember - fB.

I once shared the driving to the north of Italy....but did it in a week, using mainly back roads...

I had a car like that once Reg.

Mind you, if I were Arsenal manager I'd have put a tranquilliser dart into Dennis Bergkamp before every away game in Europe.

Speaking from experience assuming that he doesn't have to drive at either end I find that 2-3 valium a couple of pints prior to boarding, then topping up with wine mid flight just about does the trick!
